  6. Cryopreservation of Aquatic Organisms
  7. Treasures from the Ocean
  8. Impact of Marine Plastic Waste on Environmental Ecology: A Case Study of Kenting Peninsula Beaches, Fish, and Turtle Research
  9. Memory, Learning, Cognition, and the Sensory World of Fish
  10. Seafood for Everyone

Aside from indoor classes, field trips were also arranged to the Aquarium to understand the current status of turtle rehabilitation and coral cultivation. Participants had the opportunity to experience the beauty of biological fossils at the Hengchun Fossil Ecology Station and explore sea erosion caves.

The lecturers for this course are from the Institute of Marine Biology at National Dong Hwa University and the Department of Marine Biotechnology and Resources at National Sun Yat-sen University. If students are interested in the research fields of these professors and plan to pursue related studies in the future, they can consider these two institutions as potential options for further education.
