1. A minimum of 128 credits is required for graduation

3. Pass the Global Competitiveness Certification
Students must meet one of the certification standards for "Language Communication" or "International Exchange" to graduate:
(1) Language Communication (Passing one of the following language proficiency tests):
1. English proficiency must meet one of the following thresholds (Chinese Culture University Undergraduate Global Competitiveness Certification Implementation Guidelines)
- TOEFL iBT score of 47 or above
- TOEIC score of 450 or above, or meeting one of the thresholds specified in the university's Related English Proficiency Test Score Comparison Table
- Achieving the standard in the post-test of the English Basic Proficiency Test taken before and after attending the "Foreign Language: English" course
- Passing grades in the university's "Intensive English (I)" and "Intensive English (II)" or courses taught entirely in English, with a total of four credits
- Passing the university's internal English proficiency exam, which is comparable to the above standards. Students must pay a fee to register for this exam
2. Japanese: JLPT N3 or above
3. Korean: TOPIK Level 4 or above
4. Russian: TORFL Elementary Level (A1) or above
5. German: Passing one of the following German proficiency tests at A1 level or above:
- FLPT (German Proficiency Test from LTTC at NTU)
- TestDaf
- DSH (German University Admission Test)
- OSD (Austrian German Proficiency Test)
- Goethe-Institut exams (Taiwan: Taipei Goethe-Institut)
- Language courses at German universities
6. French: Passing one of the following French proficiency tests:
- DELF A1 or above
- TCF score of 100 or above
(2) International Exchange: Accumulating six points from participating in university-organized international exchange activities.
- Completing courses at a partner university abroad (including dual degree programs) and including the grades in the university's records: one point for each passing credit
- Participating in field study courses and obtaining credit certification: one point for each passing credit
- Participating in overseas internships recommended by the university, with points recognized by the recommending unit
- Joining university-organized overseas volunteer groups, recognized by the Extracurricular Activities Division of the Office of Student Affairs, earning four points
- Participating in university-organized overseas exchange activities, verified by the organizing unit, earning one point for activities lasting four to seven days, and two points for activities lasting eight days or more, with a maximum of two points per activity
4. Holistic Learning Passport
From the 2013 academic year onwards, full-time undergraduate students in the day division must participate in various activities of the Holistic Learning Passport and meet the certification standards to graduate. Continuing education bachelor's degree students, master's and doctoral students, students with disabilities, and international students (excluding overseas Chinese students and mainland Chinese students) are exempt from this requirement. Transfer students are subject to the certification standards for their year of entry.

5. Integrated Learning

Required Courses for Double Degree and Minor Programs in All Departments
Completing at least half (inclusive) of the credits in a minor, double degree, interdisciplinary program, or professional credit program (excluding exemptible courses) will meet the graduation threshold requirements (Resolution passed in the 2nd Faculty Meeting of the College of Science in the 2013 academic year on December 18, 2013).
Students taking a minor, double degree, professional credit program, interdisciplinary credit program, or micro-program* may apply for exemption from Cross-disciplinary Specializations within the specified time.
*Micro-programs must have a minimum of 12 credits to apply for exemption; if fewer than 12 credits are completed, students must complete the full Cross-disciplinary Specialization. (Chinese Culture University General and Interdisciplinary Courses Study Guidelines 113.06.19)
7. Freshmen must participate in "Campus Public Service Learning" for one semester, and sophomores and above must participate in "Service Learning" for at least one semester during their studies to graduate.
